In early 2014 I took it upon myself to complete a popular running program to try to get in better shape. Although I was able to complete the program and run 5K, It left my body a wreck. I experienced some significant aches and discomforts in my legs and lower back which prevented me from moving forward towards some of my fitness goals for the rest of the year.

In the Fall of 2014, my wife discovered Sheboygan Fit Body Boot Camp in Sheboygan, WI with CTT Brent Neevel and experienced some good results. In January of 2015 I decided that I was going to join myself and try to work back into a fitness routine to rehabilitate my body and get back in shape. The results were favorable. With Brent's guided workouts, I was able to work at my own intensity level and get back to a point that I wasn't hurting all the time.

When the challenge was presented back in August I decided (with my wife's encouragement) that it was time to step up my game and take my fitness to the next level. I started at 171.8 lbs. and 14.6% body fat, and ended the 12 week challenge at 165.0 lbs. and 11.7% body fat as well as 3 inches off my waistline!

Needless to say that I am very happy with my results. I accomplished this with the support of my awesome wife by participating in the TT workouts an average of 3 days per week (only 30 minutes each!), making better choices with my diet, not snacking on junk food, and using high quality nutritional supplements.

I have found that it's not that difficult to achieve your desired results if you make a decision to make it your reality and be realistic in your approach. I thoroughly enjoy my TT workouts and how they have helped transform my body and my life!
