My life before this contest was more about what I thought I wanted. I had been working out at Fit Body Boot Camp for 4 months and had made a strong start toward better fitness, but joining this 12 week challenge was about taking it to the next level, both in my level of commitment to the workouts and adding a dramatic change in my diet as well.

The first 4 months I began slowly with workouts about 3 times a week growing to 4 times a week, with a few week long breaks while traveling. My diet on the other hand was pretty much the same, large bowl of cereal in the morning (more sugar the better), lots of soda and chips and every other bad carb I could push into my body.

After beginning the TT-style workouts and having my coach Brent working with me on transforming my diet, everything that had been in a holding pattern began to change my weight, my waist line, my abs began to peak through for the first time in 20 years.

The workouts are so fast, intense (yet able to be customized to fit my abilities and strength levels) and the fact that they are done in a group at Sheboygan Fit Body Boot Camp adds an element of community that is infectious.

How has the Turbulence Training changed my life? Well at 45 (almost 46) I feel better than I have felt in years, maybe decades. Things that exhausted me before these workouts, activities that seemed lost to me, have been regained through my improved muscle tone. I now have a solid core which has helped improve my lower back problems that had been growing with my expanding waist line.

I'm forever grateful to the Turbulence Training experience and my continued work at Sheboygan Fit Body Boot Camp and the community of trainers and friends I've made there; a special thanks to my trainer Brent Neevel and all his hard work!
