I never really had to worry about my weight as I always had a physical job. Then in 2012 with the birth of my 4th child I decided to stay home with him for the first year. Returning to a less physical job and eating take out for lunches, the weight slowly crept on.

I never really noticed the change until people started saying stuff. I was out boating one day a friends 8 year old said to her mum that it looked like I had ladies boobs.

My mother was starting to worry too as she knew after 40 it would be so much harder to lose the weight.

After seeing the results my wife had achieved after completing one of the 12 week challenges with CTT Ali Fox Transformations I thought that the Turbulence Training style boot camps might be what I needed to achieve the results I wanted.

I had never gone to a gym or any group training sessions before so I was unsure what to expect. The workouts were short and I started seeing results quickly. During the course of the challenge I not only saw the physical results but my fitness and strength is at an all time high.

I never would have achieved my amazing results without the help of CTT Ali Fox and I am looking forward to continuing my journey with Ali Fox Transformations.
