Before starting with Ali Fox Transformations and Turbulence Training I had managed to lose 15kg on my own, by using the treadmill and counting calories. And while this was working, I wanted to ensure I toned at the same time, the goal was not just lose weight.

Once starting 3 classes per week, I quickly began to notice the changes in the shape of my body. My endurance and stamina quickly increased, and I was amazed at how soon I was able to keep up in classes. I was able to push myself just that bit further each time, and being supported by Ali along the way, I have reached many of the goals I set myself.

The short intense sessions using the TT workouts managed to target specific muscle groups and gave me more definition than I could have hoped for. I am always finding new muscles that I didn't even know I had!

I will be forever grateful to Ali and TT for this extra motivation and push. I believe that I have found a lifestyle that I can continue to build on, and have no plans of returning to that unfit, fat and unhealthy person I was before.
