Having won the Turbulence Training Contest in the spring of 2013, I was maintaining my progress teaching group fitness classes. Gradually I was spending less and less time on the gym side, and my eating started to slide back to bad habits. Potato Chips and bad carbs made a reappearance in my daily foods. The waistline started to grow and I could see and feel the difference.
I jumped back into training with Turbulence Training 8 Week Mass Training Workouts and loved the new focus that I could put into workouts along with renewed attention to nutrition. As outlined in the 8-week Mass Training Manual , I set my goals to:
Gain +/- 8lbs lean mass
Workout harder
Widen upper body
Lose the belly
Look great
The Turbulence Training exercises are easy to follow and can be completed with free weights so there is never any waiting in the gym! I get the workouts completed quickly and get on with my day with more energy and vitality.

Over the 12 week competition, I enjoyed my workouts and made changes to my body:
Gaining 6 or more pounds of lean muscle
Losing fat and belly
Shifting inches to and from my body
