I began my fitness journey nearly 14 months ago with Catherine Gordon at her Sonora studio. She introduced me to the short, yet very effective, TT program of workouts.

I had always found working out and exercising to be more of a chore, and not something that I really wanted to do with my free time. But Catherine, and the TT experience, has changed my mind and body, and shown me that when done correctly, working out can be fun, rewarding and life changing.

My wife and I look forward to our workouts together, and are amazed at the results every morning when we step on the scale. I began this current 12 week Turbulence Training Transformation contest at 204 pounds with a 36 inch waist, and now am at my lightest weight in 20 years, 187 pounds, and now sporting a 34 inch waist line! A loss of 17 pounds and 13 7/8 total inches from my body in just 3 months!

Like I said, it's fun and effective. I work out just 30 minutes 3-4 days a week and get these results - everybody has that kind of time if they are serious about their body! We have incorporated several of the different workouts into our weekly schedule to keep it fresh and exciting, including TT Grindhouse and TT Thermogenic.

In addition, since I travel a lot, and can't always make it into the studio, I have utilized the Home Workout Revolution, which can be done anywhere, with very little equipment; yet get me those results that I am looking for.
