Before I started with Ali Fox Transformations I had not exercised in over 15 years I had neglected myself and had lost hope. I was fat, unhealthy and at that point I didn't care. I would make up excuses not to be able to go out with friends because of how I felt and looked.

Ali Fox Transformations has changed all of that as well as using the free home workouts.

This is my second 12 week challenge with Ali Fox Transformations and I know it won't be my last. I never thought I would love exercise but I now do, thanks to TT Transformations and my trainer Ali.

It has been a hard struggle to get to where I am now, but totally worth it. The sweat, the early mornings and the commitment I made to myself to change has got me to where I am today. The biggest changes I have seen in myself are that I have dropped an amazing amount of weight, my fitness has improved and I am totally enjoying myself and am loving life.

I realized that I couldn't just add exercise to my life that I had to completely change my lifestyle and with the help of my trainer Ali Finlay, be I have succeeded! I don't think I can pick just one thing I liked best about the TT workouts, Ali somehow makes them all work and at the time they are hard but in the end absolutely worth it!

My life since doing the challenge has changed so much, I don't hide anymore I have grabbed life in both hands and am moving forward with big strides and a new wardrobe.

One of the things that I love doing since I have finished the TT challenge is I get to shop in the stores that my friends all shop in, I don't have to go to a different shop for larger women clothes. TT Transformations has changed my whole life! Thank you.
