Before joining Ali Fox Transformations and starting Turbulance Training style workouts I did not exercise at all and was at the heaviest weight I had ever been.

I am a young mom of two children aged 3 and 1. I did not like the way I looked or felt after having kids but I did not believe I was capable of achieving the kind of results I saw on your website.

I also had very unhealthy eating habits and reached for the wrong foods for the energy my body needed. After a couple of months of trying out the TT style workouts and seeing the incredible results of the people around me, I realized that it was doable and even enjoyable!

This gave me the drive and determination I needed to increase my intensity and give the 12 week challenge a go for myself.

During the 12 week challenge I was attending 3 or 4 TT style group fitness sessions with Ali Fox Transformations and completing home workouts from the Home Workout Revolution when possible, in the comfort of my living room.

In the final 4 weeks of the challenge, I added a weekly Buff Dudes and Hot Chicks weight session in Ali Fox's private studio. I couldn't believe the results that I achieved using this program in only 4 short weeks. My strength and fitness improved and my metabolism increased which allowed me to lose the last few pounds much easier.

For me, the best part about the TT workouts was the maximum results in minimum time. The short interval circuits in the Home Workout Revolution meant I didn't have to spend hours a day at the gym and I could work around the needs of my young family.

My life has improved in so many ways since beginning Turbulence Training. I have gained confidence and have so much more energy all the time which has created a complete lifestyle change. I actually WANT to train and look forward to it. I am fitter and stronger than I have ever been in my life, even before having two kids. That is exciting! I am also much happier and happy mom = a happy family!
