My name is Pam, I’ve been OVERWEIGHT on this earth for 50 years now and with Turbulence Training & Catherine Gordon’s Sugar Freedom Plan I just keep losing weight & inches. I’m getting fantastic results in only ½ an hour, 2 to 3 times a week, so that’s for me! I gained muscle & lost 12 inches & 6 pounds in the last 12 weeks.

I feel so fantastic physically and mentally it’s hard to explain. Working on this lifestyle change is a constant concern, but I know I can do it. Both TT & Sugar Freedom are easily made part of my life…it can be yours too!!

I’m truly a believer in TT and will continue doing this throughout my life with my husband. We work out together and have a blast doing it too.
