I started out on my 12-week TT challenge looking to improve my motivation in life itself. I thought if I could improve my self-image that I could also improve my goals and where I was heading in my day to day life.

I found that once starting TT I also improved the food I was putting into my body. It was like a big circle my body image improved and so did my health. I did not do any form of exercise before starting the 12-week TT challenge with Ali, but found that as the weeks went on I didn't want to miss a class.

I found the classes to be easier to attend as I could feel myself getting fitter and fitter each day, going further and faster as the weeks went on. After being pushed by Ali and her team of foxes for the past 12 weeks I am finding that my life habits have changed. I still want to eat well and find the time to exercise to improve myself further.

I have reached one of my personal goals and this time around in my Turbulence Training with Ali my focus will also be on becoming a fitter and healthier fiancé to my amazing partner and a fitter Dad for my daughter that is due in September.
