When I started this Turbulence Training Twitter Contest I was really fed up
with myself. I needed something to kick my butt and something to be commited to. I would start things and then fall off for a while, letting life get in the way.

I decided to go with TT Jan. Fat Loss. It was great!!! Had some pull ups I tried to do ...lol Used my husbands leg to push off of and for a little boost when I got too tired. At first I could only do 2 and after 4 weeks I can do 5! Yippie! I should mention that my husband joined me in my workouts after the first couple. We got up early before the kids woke up for school and busted out our workout together then went about our day. It was such a perfect way to start the day together.

The only things we used in our workouts were dumbbells and a stablility ball. After just a couple workouts we found we needed higher weights! It is so easy to increase your strength with Turbulence Training.

I am so happy to say that I stuck to this contest even with a hard month of "life" trying to get in my way. I do owe it to my twitter and TT member friends on the forum and on twitter. Having support is my number 1 thing. If I dont have it I collapse. I twittered my meals and workouts which was a HUGE help because I knew everyone who was following me would either be wondering where I was or wondering why the heck I ate that! LOL The TT forums were a great place to vent and get put in my place when I was feeling lazy. I loved that it was a private community of people and not just anyone could lurk.

I really loved having the 4 week deadline so I wasn't about to slack off! No time to make up for it!

I lost 3lbs the first week and a total of 7lbs during this 1 month contest! I also brought my BF% down from 28.3% to 26.3% Needless to say I AM THRILLED!!! Doing the happy dance here!!! I no longer have the muffin top effect when I put on my jeans either...lol

I cant wait to see what the next month brings!
