Just want to say that because Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training I am at the best shape of the last years. After the last 10 years packing fat and weight, I reached the top: 87Kg and a lot of body fat.
Last year I started working out in a gym, from April to October 2011 and saw no results, I even got from 85Kg to the 87kg. The gym was a trial and error thing - actually more error than anything else - for months the same old boring routine, lot's of slow cardio (50 minutes per session) and a total workout of two hours in the gym. In October I decided to leave the gym and buy some dumbell's and weights, a bench, a barbell, but still went on the same errors.
February 2012, one a random search on youtube I discovered Turbulence Training :): short intense workouts every for weeks and HIIT, the tricks of nutrition (when you start to see results you change your nutrition and get motivated eating healthy often, and than you get more fat loss results and therefore continue to improve your nutrition), and I never got bored since then. I set my goal and I've been achieving them.
Since February until now, I have for sure lost 11 kg of fat, I have gained strength and a better conditioning. I have passed some fitness tests at my career (law enforcement) and I hope get promoted in October :).
Last year, because my bad shape I've failed those tests. I look better and I feel better. I feel younger and with lot's of energy.
Never felt better.
