My name is Kristy and I started this journey with much apprehension. I seriously doubted that I could find time to work out and lose this baby weight.
I am a very busy mother of two little kids who didn’t like working out. When I saw the workouts required only three days a week for 45 minutes, I decided to give them a try. I started with the Turbulence Training Beginner workout for the first six weeks and then for the last five weeks did the Intermediate Level.
Eleven weeks later, I have lost three inches of belly fat and have more muscle than I have ever had! I had no idea I could work out three days a week and get these kinds of results. I realized about halfway through the contest that I had been avoiding life. I was so embarrassed by my body and the baby weight I hadn’t lost that I was cancelling plans with friends and I never wanted to go out with my husband or do anything social with our family. I felt awful about what I looked like and was mortified by how much weight I had gained.
This workout program has given me my life back. I have lost weight because I can fit these workouts into my busy life and am actually enjoying working out.
I lost 3 inches off of my waist and lost 6 pounds. I didn't have very much muscle before working out and so I lost a lot of fat and gained a lot of muscle and so the scale is not reflecting that.
I know that I still need to continue on this journey to get fit, but I can now have some fun along the way. I’m more social now and am proud of what I have accomplished. I’m motivated to get even better results. Thank you, Craig for the daily encouraging emails and for creating these programs, I am forever grateful.
