Molly Changes Her Life With Turbulence Training and Becomes A Personal Trainer Too!


My experience with Turbulance Training has been awesome! I have always had the type of body where I have to workout just to maintain and workout double hard to lose weight.I have a hormone issue where I have high levels and its hard for people to lose weight with this condition. In fact, most people with this condition are considered obese.

Being that way does not reflect the person that I am. So last fall you would have found me spending hours (and by hours, I’m talking over 10 hours a week on cardio machines) doing cardio and attempting to lift weights and taking workout classes. And I was not losing. In fact my husband would say to me” I can’t believe how much you workout, you SHOULD look like a fitness model.”

But guess what, I didn’t. In fact I was overweight and exhausted from working out too much. Knee injuries would happen from overtraining and I still wasn’t losing weight. It left me feeling down in the dump and frustrated. But I was willing to find a way! I was determined there had to be something for me.

So I began researching and researching and came across Turbulance Training and Craig. I would spend hours watching his You Tube videos and reading his articles and realizing that he had something great. I tried some of his movements and realized that I could do this!

In fact, I went to Tampa Florida to see him at a conference speak. Once that happened it solidified everything that I had studied on Turbulance Training and I was ready. So I began turbulance training the first week of Febuary—with the mindset I was committing myself.

Then, something miraculous happened—I began losing weight. How could that be? I wasn’t spending hours in the gym a day. I was only spending 45-60 minutes three times a week. When I heard that before, you have a tendency to think—that can’t be real. “They” are just saying that to sell a prodct.

But that isn’t the case with TT. Changed my life. I can’t say it enough—CHANGED MY LIFE. So while the past ninety days has only been part of my Turbulance Training journey, its been incredible. I really feel like odds were against me to lose, and its been like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Since Feburary, which is really not that long ago—I have lost a total of 50 lbs of fat and maybe more—the scale says 50lbs but I have been the strongest I have ever been in my life. I was a college athlete too and I’m stronger now. So I pretty good feeling I lost more body fat than 50lbs and gained lots of lean body muscle.

I’m still going strong with turbulance training. Its smart and effective and efficient training that works. I encourage everyone to do it. I have been showing people in my gym the program and it got to the point where I was helping so many people at my gym that the director of the gym told me because I was doing that, I should get certified. So three days ago I spent a weekend and got certified to be a personal trainer.

I never imagined my life would turn in this direction. People every single day look at me, having known me, and want to know what I am doing in the gym. I literally have people coming up to me in the middle of my workouts and asking me to help them.

You can count on it—that every person that I work with in the future will also be doing turbulance training and I could only hope that it changes their life half as much as it has changed mine.
