Three months ago, we set out on this Turbulence Training contest journey with one big goal - to look better naked. That may sound shocking, or silly, and probably one-sided, but who doesn't want to look better?
Just twelve short weeks later, we have gained so much more from this contest and program. We look better, we feel better and we perform better. When we started the Turbulence Training workouts, we were just recently back in the gym after long haitus' and we felt it.
These workouts were hard! Not to mention we felt pretty silly trying to do some of the exercises our bodies just weren't yet prepared for. Twelve weeks later, we are feeling strong, experienced, on the road to being lean and feeling really good about ourselves.
We are doing chin-ups, pull-ups, dips and push-ups with relative ease. We're participating in Craig's August push-ups/pull-ups challenge and are on track to end up WAY over the 100/300 goal (for both of us!).
We have tested our bench press max's and have both exceeded them, despite not specifically training for that. We have developed muscles that neither of us have ever seen on ourselves before.
We are truly enjoying our workouts, however painful any one of them may be at the time. Walks with our dog has figuratively become "a walk in the park". Dan's physical job is much easier than before.
The summer heat seems to phase both of us less these days. In short, we are able to enjoy our lives more because of the progress we have made. In terms of numbers, here is where we began and ended:

We've both made significant progress that we're really proud of. We've also cleaned up our diets considerably, which being back in the gym with an effective workout motivated us to do. Fat loss has been our goal from the beginning of this contest.
There are a lot of weight loss programs out there that can help you easily lose weight, but Turbulence Training coupled with a solid nutritional plan has helped up to achieve those big three results: look better, feel better and perform better. We couldn't have done all of that without an effective program like this and we plan to continue to use it as we work towards looking, feeling and performing even better.
