I was working out constantly in my high school years and I enjoyed all kinds of activities back then. But when I graduated and my adult life came in, I found myself in lots of new situations as I entered university. Somewhere between the hard studying and the parties, I couldn’t find that much time for exercise anymore, and my activity level severely dropped. The pounds kept piling up and in my final year before my graduation, I decided that it is time to get real and go back to the gym.
So after my graduation I relocated to another city for a master degree, and decided that this will be my new life, and a fresh start, so I started with a simple 3 days a week workout and intervals. I began to lower my food intake slowly for a month, and lost a few pounds. Then I discovered 24/7 Fat Loss and started it right after it got out around 11 November.
I was really committed this time, motivated by my great success so far, and was able to stay true to the plan by implementing the cheat day. I really fell in love with the fast day too a great way to take a break from food and lost 1⁄2 a pound of fat in 36 hours ! I plan to use it in the future as there are lots of health benefits too !
My friends and family couldn’t believe their eyes as I was melting in front of their eyes, revealing my new and healthier, toned body! Since I started in September 24 until 21 March I’ve lost a total of 88 pounds of fat! And for the 12 week contest alone I’ve lost 55 lbs.!
Thank you guys for the inspiration and the amazing results. I guess what I can tell the people is never stop believing in yourself! Your lean, healthy you is just behind the door, the question is are you brave enough to knock and let it out?
