So it’s the end of the 12 week Total Transformation contest.  I must admit that I was a bit skeptical of the results I would achieve because I have tried so many programs in the past with varied results.  I never seem to be able to stick to anything and lacked the discipline and focus to work out and diet with my busy work schedule.  At 48 years old, I realized that I couldn’t just work out a few weeks and snap back to my old playing weight.

Over the Holiday break I was slapped with several embarrassing wake up calls to do something about my out of control weight gains.  It came to a head when I was asked to step out of a roller coaster car at my favourite amusement park because the seat belt would not cover the girth of my waistline.  So I was determined to do something when I returned home.  I scoured the internet for diet and exercise plans and came across this 12 week contest.  After looking at the results and hearing the testimonials, I figured; why not give it a chance, so I purchased a 3-month TT membership.  I must admit I was NOT totally convinced in the beginning that it would give the results because I’ve entered contests before, only to start fast and finish slowly.  But that’s where the story totally changes.

On day 1 I took photos, and as you can see, I was depressed and embarrassed, but motivated to start my journey.  I weighed in at 305 lbs. with a 46 inch waistline.  I was taxing the seams on all of my suits!  After the first 2 weeks I had lost some weight and felt good, but I was entering the zone of satisfaction and slipping back to my old eating habits and skipping some workouts.  What really transformed me were the daily tips from Craig that were emailed to me on what I should be doing and the general encouragement that he gave really started my day off right.  I felt like I had a life coach on my iPhone to help me through the day and motivate me to complete the program.  That accountability and the timely tips were the single biggest contributor to my weight loss.  Thanks to The Turbulence Training program, I am now at 270 lbs. and my waistline is 42 inches.  I feel great and my goal does not stop here.  I can’t wait to get back in that Roller Coaster line with confidence, and because of this amazing workout system I don’t think I will be on a Roller Coaster with my weight gain and loss.  There is one slight problem that I’m facing.  Now rather than taxing the seams of my suits, I have to have them tailored to my new Totally Transformed body!
