Wow what an adventure! I can’t believe 12 weeks is up already.  It was twelve weeks ago my friend and personal trainer told me I should enter this contest.   Well I had not done any activity except walking for quite a few years.  I told her I hated the long sessions at the gym and that I always got bored with them and would give up.  

I have not been at an ideal weight for 10 years.  I wake up every morning mad at myself for not following some healthier eating and exercise plan.

She told me that Turbulence Training would change my mind about exercise.  I have always believed in order to succeed I needed to be on the treadmill for at least an hour a session.

When she set me up with beginner TT I was thrilled but I still was not sure that this short of a workout would work.  Well I tried it for a few weeks and loved it.  

I then stared to do the Interval Training sessions and this is definitely my solution for the cardio part of an exercise program.   During these 12 weeks I was on two holidays one to Jamaica and one to Turks and Caicos.  

The fitness centres there allowed me to continue with my interval training and the turbulence training for Hotel Rooms kept me active for my holidays.  I felt great and not guilty for not working out.  I have really noticed a difference in my overall strength.  I have also tried to cut back on Carbohydrates and sugars.   I have always been a Carbohydrate junkie and I’m sure my metabolism has been totally out of whack.

I noticed after a few weeks of slow results on the scale that finally my metabolism must have rebalanced itself and the pounds started to come off.  I have lost 12 pounds and am encouraged to continue on with this journey.   I am not quitting this time.  

Thanks for the entire awesome workout ideas on your website.  Just reading everyone’s challenges and successes encourages a person to continue and meet their own goals
