Julie Drops 15 Pounds of Fat And Found It Easy to Fit Turbulence Training Into Her Busy Schedule


First I would like to introduce myself. My name is Julie, I’m a hair stylist and a full-time college student. My schedule is very busy and getting to the gym every day was becoming very difficult for me.

It got to the point where I would only make it 2 days a week and that was just not working. That’s when I decided I needed to find a workout routine that I could do at home in the little spare time that I had.

In early January I was searching for a plan and I came across Turbulence Training. Since they were starting a transformation contest it was perfect timing for me. I was going down the wrong path and was not in very good shape so I figured this would give me that boost that I needed.

I started the program at 145 pounds and knew that it would be a hard road to reach my goals. Since I really needed to lose fat I decided to use the TT for buff dudes and hot chicks as well as TT for fat loss. Since I also had a treadmill in my house I decided to switch from slow cardio sessions to interval training since I was limited on time.

It started out great, I lost 7 pounds in the first month so at that point I knew that my goals were well within reach. The workouts were not easy but I found that fitting them into my schedule was not a problem. I ended up working out 5 days a week and sometimes even some extra exercise on the weekends.

At the halfway point I started to feel really good about my progress and could finally see visual changes in my body. I was now a believer in Turbulence Training and was more excited than ever to really turn it up a notch. Then one night I hit my foot on a door entrance and broke my little toe and the first thing that came to mind was, “Now I can’t work out and I’ll have to quit the contest.”

For the next 3 weeks I was not able to do much at all since it was difficult to even walk. I did stick to my meal plan and although I did not make great progress with the workouts, my diet plan was keeping me in it.

I was able to start working out again with 3 weeks to go but it was like starting all over again. Since I knew that I had to make up for the lost time I picked up the intensity of the workouts and it paid off. I lost another 5 pounds in the last three weeks and under the circumstances I was very satisfied. I ended up reaching my goals and was very satisfied with how my body was taking shape.

By no means am I finished but Turbulence Training is just what I needed so that I could still work out around my very busy lifestyle.
