Rewind to January, 2015. I had completed my first FBBC class and TT workout and was ready to make a lifestyle change. In February of that year I went to Las Vegas, celebrated my new weight loss, and completely fell of the wagon. I would go on to try many more fad diets, enter some challenges and continue to search for myself and my health. While this was a lonely and painful journey, it was necessary to bring me to the present.

Workouts for me have always been a struggle. I could start anything, get motivated and then begin the slow decline back to nothing. I recall feeling bored on a treadmill and staring at four walls made me feel like a prisoner for 45+ minutes. I loved the TT workouts and my FBBC classes because they were quick and challenged my body in a whole new way. I wasn’t only doing cardio but strength training too. My busy lifestyle was accommodated by the 30 minutes, and the variety of routines never got old. I had found my fitness home, but I still was missing something.

In August of this year I had decided enough was enough. I just returned from a two-week nursing trip in Europe and had put on 9 pounds. The TT challenge was starting and I had no reason not to go all in. My past failures had become somewhat of an embarrassment, so I made myself write a list to dive deep into why I wanted this and how I would commit to making this not only a 12-week change, but a life-long journey. A good friend told me to figure out my why, and the rest would be history. He was right.

The last 12 weeks have not only changed me physically but have allowed me to grow mentally and emotionally. I’ve broken down barriers that I created for myself and have learned the skill of problem solving when it comes to my nutrition. By completing my TT workouts and tracking what I put into my body, the changes have been amazing. In only 30 minutes a day, 4-6 times a week, I have transformed my life, and more importantly, I’m fulfilling my “why”.

My life has become better in so many ways since I made the decision to use TT workouts and to join this challenge. Not only am I losing weight, I am becoming strong and challenging my body. To me, this is priceless. Interval training and a strong support system has become my routine, and I can’t imagine my life without them. I’m worth this investment. In my opinion you can’t put a price tag on finding your health and vitality.
