Hey there my name is Stephanie. If your reading this your probably looking at those pictures and you can tell by just looking at them that girl in the before pictures was miserable. She hated herself, looking in a mirror was awful, day to day activities became a chore, depression was setting in. I knew I needed to make a change not just for myself but for my four-year-old son. He didn’t ask to have an overweight mom who turned to food to solve emotional problems, he didn’t ask for a mom who couldn’t climb on the playground equipment with him. If I couldn’t muster the determination to do this for myself surely I could do it for him.

I have struggled with weight my whole life. It has been yoyo dieting fitness program after fitness program struggling to find something that solved my problem ; or was a quick fix. I have finally found a workout program that I actually enjoy doing. WHAT enjoy working out, yes I never thought I would utter those words. Discovering Fit Body Boot Camp (all of the Coaches are Turbulence Training Certified was literally life changing. I was super excited when our gym announced the turbulence training contest. It was my mom who planted the seed about participating in the contest and I had a little voice telling me come on, you can do it!

I not only lost weight, inches, and body fat I gained confidence, energy, and was actually happy to get up in the morning. I can look in the mirror and love myself. These works workouts make me feel empowered and strong. Not only that but I run with my son and that to me in itself is rewarding enough. These changes I have made are permanent and working out at FBBC will be a lifelong commitment. I have learned tools to keep working towards my goals. Believing in yourself is the first step, if I can do it so can you.
