Three years ago, I weighed 245 lbs. I was pre-diabetic and was on the verge of starting a medication regiment. I knew, at that point, I needed to take back my life to achieve better health. After losing about 50 pounds, I started to plateau with my weight loss for almost a year and half. No matter how much I exercised, my weight didn't change. I knew I needed to find something else to reach my health fitness goal. Since I started Sheboygan Fit Body Boot Camp, it has helped me gain strength and muscle tone while also shedding body fat.

As a result, I have lost a total of 31 lbs since January . I love that I don't have to decide on the exercises I need to do because it's all planned for me and I can be done in a short amount of time . Specifically, since starting the TT challenge, I have lost 13 pounds and 2.8 % body fat. Most importantly, it has helped me realize how important eating can be compared to exercising which was belief I struggled with in the past. I'm so glad I decided to try something different. It has helped me enjoy so many things that I now love to do, along with, helping me feel better about myself. I'm so glad for the trainers and the encouragement and support they provide. I still have more to do, to get to where I'd like to be. Even though everyday can be a challenge, I know that if I keep believing in myself I can do anything.
