Over the past 12 weeks I have been the happiest I have ever been, because Lesa Gutenkunst of Lakeside Fitness Fit Body Boot Camp they gave me this diet plan for the 12 week challenge. This diet plan she made for me was the best thing that has ever happened to me. This all started 12 weeks ago... It was a long 12 weeks because getting up everyday to go to the 5:15 workouts and the food it was a game changer to me because all I was eating was junk food. Over the past 12 weeks I lost lots of weight and a lot of inches. To me the hardest thing about this diet was that the food I had to eat because it was just so different then what I was used to eating but then I got used to eating quite a few times a day and most important I learned how to eat right!

The thing that made me so happy about this whole thing is that I can fit into shirts and the pants that I have not worn in 2 years and went down sizes! The last thing I want to say is how I feel now is the best I ever have. Thanks to my mom for being there making me go even when I was very grumpy and didn't want to but she knew what was best for me.
