I am a 61 years old male who has never been able to maintain a diet to lose weight. My wife Carol had started with Fit Body Boot Camp Hartland WI and always told me how the workouts were designed to strengthen the total body and improve endurance and suggested I give it a try. After my daughters Leah & Erin joined and with some pressure I joined July 2015.

What an eye opener. The workouts were tough, even though I’ve always been active I found muscles I never thought I had.

My daughters finally convinced me to join them in the Turbulence Training Transformation / Lakeside Fitness Fit Body Boot Camp Challenge, which began in January. Knowing I’ve never had self-control over eating & drinking, I felt this may be another bad effort.

By monitoring what I was eating & drinking and keeping up with the workouts I was finally losing some weight. I did not hit my goal of losing 20lbs., but was close and I will reach it by the end of April.

Thanks to Lesa for their ability to create tough & challenging workouts and at the same time feel that you accomplished something when it’s over! AND Thank You to all the Lakeside Fitness Fit Body Boot Camp Trainers.

This program has motivated me to maintain this healthier lifestyle for the future.
