I'm back in my teens at age 51.

My biggest goal after losing 65 pounds and overcoming obesity is to maintain that weight loss for the rest of my life. Now that I'm in my 50s, I need to pay close attention to eating well, recovering, and optimizing my training. As a Certified Turbulence Trainer, I have all of the training expertise I'll ever need right at my fingertips. All I have to do is log on to TTMembers.com to find training programs like the three I used for this contest: TT 2K3, TT for Amazing Lower Abs, and TT for Buff Dudes and Hot Chicks. My biggest challenge was finding the time to train while running my fitness business: Gordon Studio.

I did succeed by getting my body fat percentage back in the at 19.6% Still, I am determined to hit my weight goal of 118, and my Body Fat Goal of 18%. Now I know that it's going to take a stepped up program of bigger lifts, better recovery, and a tighter nutrition strategy. I'm going to enjoy a week of rest, and then on to the next TT challenge. I love this lifestyle, and I cant wait to get to it.
