I have just completed my second 12 week challenge with Ali Fox Turbulence Certified Trainer and I absolutely love the Buff Dudes and Hot Chicks workouts.

I thank my Turbulence Trainer Ali Fox as without her I would not have made it this far and feel this great.

I was encouraged to enter Turbulence Training Challenge again as it gives me an end date and has helped me reach another goal I set for myself, I now have my food and workouts under control and I am in a good routine.

I used the program for the entire 12 weeks and also did turbulence training style boot camps down the beach with Ali Fox and the Foxes. At the start of the challenge I weighed 256 pounds (116kg) now that i have lost 35.2pounds (16kg) my strength and fitness have improved so much that running ramps is now a fun thing to do.

I know now that Turbulence Training is the way my body and I love to work out and can't wait to start the next 12 week challenge.
