Before I started the 12 week challenge with Ali Fox Transformations (Ali Fox certified Turbulence Trainer). I was a packet a day smoker, stressed, lethargic and had terrible eating habits. I have always been overweight, even as a child, and at my heaviest was 114kg.

After the first two weeks of training I started to feel more energised and really looked forward to training each day.

I have found that my stress levels have decreased, confidence has boosted, energy is at an all time high and I now love exercising. I am now at a weight and dress size I never thought I'd achieve, I weigh less than I did in high school! The best part is that I am now so much more active with my son and will continue to show him what a healthy lifestyle is. Plus, I can take him to the beach and actually get in the water in a swimsuit with him rather than sitting in the sand fully clothed watching!

The fat girl is gone and more importantly so is her mentality! I love exercise and life, can confidently say I will never smoke again and can't wait to continue to smash my fitness goals.
