Turbulence Training continues to do wonders in helping me achieve my fitness goals. TT combined with Corey Arsenault and his staff at my gym Stretch Fitness have me feeling stronger and more energetic then I can ever remember, even back in high school. This to me is even more important then the reduction in pounds and inches (although those are obviously nice to see as well).

This time around I used a number of different TT workouts as I participated in some bootcamp style classes where only TT workouts are used. These include 2K5 and 2K6 as well as TT Grindhouse and TT Meatheads. I also took advantage of the emails from Craig and Mike Whitfield and did some of the free workouts they send out as well as taking their nutritional advice!

This is the best part about using TT workouts, there are so many different options to choose from and with them ranging from only 20-40 minutes I never get bored like back when I used to use stationary bikes and treadmills.
