Over the past two years I have been recovering from a lower limb injury which has restricted my ability to exercise and resulted in me being at the heaviest weight I have ever been. Having been a fit person before the injury, this has been quite difficult to deal with. Once I got the all clear from my doctor to start training at my own pace again, I joined Ali Fox Transformations and begun Turbulence Training style work outs.

During the 12 week challenge I was attending TT style group boot camp fitness sessions and completing workouts from the Home Workout Revolution. My strength and fitness has improved beyond what I thought was capable in such a short time and I can feel myself getting back to where I used to be.
