P.S. This essay needs to be only one word because that’s all it takes to describe this. From beginning to end, I loved every workout and looked forward to it every day I had one. Turbulence Training 2.0 has put a new twist on my life and it’s been a great twist.

A little background info for you, I won TT 2.0 from your little online comment contest and decided to do the transformation contest as thanks. As mentioned in that comment contest, my wife and I just had our second child (a girl, our second girl as well). To help offset the cost of formula, diapers, etc. I got a second job. So I am working 40+ hours per week (overtime some weeks) as a structural engineer as well as another 25+ hours per week as a server at a local sports bar.

My weekday consists of waking at 5:00 am to get to job #1. I work all day with a one hour lunch break and leave around 4:00 pm, get home and have about 15 minutes to get changed, give the kids and wife a kiss and head out the door again. Then I work until about 10:00 pm serving food and drinks to locals and travelers as the restaurant is just off of Interstate 81 in Pennsylvania. I get home and take care of two dogs, wash bottles (after all I’m still a parent), eat dinner and head to bed only to wake and do it all again. As, you can see it doesn’t leave much time for the gym.

So I figured I can try doing TT on my lunch break. I went out and bought myself a dumbbell and convinced two co-workers to try it out with me. We decided on working out at a local park with monkey bars for pull-ups. Well since I work out on a regular basis, I started at the intermediate level. After the first week, I felt amazing, sore but amazing. I can’t say I really lost weight, but actually gained about 3 pounds. However, looking at the pictures, you can see I burned a lot of fat and added that 3 pounds in muscle. My energy level is through the roof. Even with such a hectic schedule, I’m never tired and I run circles around kids 5-10 years younger that I work with at the restaurant. I have nothing but good things to say about TT and am extremely thankful for getting this program. Again, unbelievable results and I will be continuing with other TT programs like TT Thermo after taking a little break to allow my muscles to rest.
