I met Ali, of Ali Fox Transformations, and the Turbulence Training Community by chance. I had been slowly plodding along with weight loss following a C-section and whilst fully breast feeding my baby.

My sister was getting married in 12 weeks and I thought it would be good motivation to kick my weight loss up a notch or two.

I was nervous getting started and fairly grudgingly submitted myself to the before shots, weight and measurements. I started on my first week of Home Workout Revolution, and started joining in on Ali's Turbulence Training style bootcamps.

I LOVED it. I have 2 kids under 3 at home, so my hands are more than full. But the workouts were quick but HARD. A really fantastic level of hard.

At the beginning I could barely do 10 push-ups, but I am now able to power through whatever task is set before me.

My journey quickly became less about weight loss and much more about finding my strength again. I am thriving on feeling my physical strength grow day by day and loving every minute of it. My mental strength is worlds apart from where it was a mere 12 weeks ago.

The 12-week challenge I have undergone with the guidance of Ali Fox has transformed my life, inside and out. I look and feel like a brand new woman and I couldn't be happier.

I am extremely proud of my results, all achieved whilst being a mum of two very young children, breast-feeding and maintaining a healthy marriage to my husband.

I start each day now with my head held high, ready to take on the next challenge, workout or personal goal. I AM A FOX!
