My name is Melanie and I am a mother of 2 beautiful little girls and this is my Turbulence Training Transformation story. Exactly 10 months ago I gave birth to my second child, and weighed 211 pounds the day I entered the hospital doors. I am 5’11” and this was the most I had ever weighed, even during my first pregnancy. I left the hospital weighing a little less than 200 pounds and in a size 13/14. Months went by of suppressed frustration, horrible eating habits, and feeling worse and worse about the way I looked, along with some serious post-partum depression.
I needed help, I needed motivation and most of all I needed a plan. Catherine Gordon did that for me and so did Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training methods.
I started this program in hopes of just making a better lifestyle for myself and my family, not knowing what the future held.
I weighed 184 pounds when I began the program. After some much needed motivation from Catherine Gordon, I was able to come down 5 pant sizes and I lost inches, (more than I can count on two hands) off of my entire body.
My strength and flexibility increased and my lifestyle, in general, gained a healthy balance. I feel refreshed and completely in control of my eating habits and my endurance progressed in ways I never imagined possible. I am full of energy and happiness which makes me enjoy every moment with my children to the fullest.
Today I am in a size 7/8 pant and I look nearly as good as I did in high school, weighing 162 pounds. Thanks to Catherine Gordon and Craig Ballantyne, turbulence training has changed my life and has put me on the right track to a fun, healthy, and energetic lifestyle which is more than I could have ever asked for.
