With 12 weeks of hard work out of the way I must say that turbulence training worked very well for me. I work part time as a personal trainer and I have designed programs for myself before to lose weight.

This time last year I had gotten down to a size 6, but “life” happened and I put a lot of the weight I had lost back on by the beginning of 2013. When I had gotten the email about the transformation contest I had already been training 8 weeks and I decided to give it a try. I figured it would help me focus and I would get a chance to try some of Craig's programs.

I loved every minute of it! I used TT 2k3, TT Hardcore for fat loss, & TT Hardcore 2k10. I've tried to pick a favorite of the three, but I can't because they were all so awesome. I will say, however, that about 3 weeks into using TT 2k3 someone said, “Whatever program you're using give it to me because I want my butt to look like yours!”

My before and after pictures don't do justice to the changes that were made (imo). I have a dress that has gone from being a little too tight to a little too big. For my diet I combined the Precision Nutrition principles with Intermittent Fasting. Overall, I'd say that these 12 weeks were a success for me and I look forward to using more of Craig's programs! (TT Training Gauntlet is next on my list!)
