The gym I go to is Stretch Fitness in Summerside Pei. Canada.

My goal as I had started this training is to become stronger and fit then I was when I had started, and I believe I have achieved my goal. It was a great program to follow and it was super-fast to get done, as I can be quite busy at home, the fast workout made it great and be home in a timely fashion...

The training that I had done was Turbulence training for fat loss/The original Turbulence training workout- 12 weeks of training in all.

As far as nutrition goes...I didn't follow any set program... my wife and I had started a more healthy eating lifestyle about 2 years ago.... mainly salads, chicken breasts, and fish. And on the weekends we would treat ourselves with other foods. 

I will be entering the contest in the over 40 age bracket... as my birth date is dec 20th 1969. I’m 43 right now.

I'd also like to thank Cory the owner of our gym and Lindsay, both were just a great support team.

Lindsay was a big help in my training, she always believed in me and told me not to give up and always push for that one more rep, even when my mind didn't want to... it was a very positive experience for me.

I now feel a lot stronger and feel more confident in myself in how I present myself to others.

My body and mind feels so awesome, it’s incredible... I love the natural buzz you get after a workout, especially turbulence training, as I can feel the effects of it all the next morning. Gotta love endorphins!!!
