I started Zumba and Turbulence Training at Catherine Gordon's studio in March or April with a friend. We quickly figured out that Turbulence Training was giving us the best results so we switched to TT exclusively. I overheard Catherine talking about the TT contest with another student and decided that I would enter the next contest. Catherine took my before pictures on May 8th, 2013.
I have been dieting since I was 13 (I didn't really need to, just thought I did) and have been going to a gym for most of my life to stay fit and healthy. Unfortunately, I broke an ankle and then a foot and was no longer in the habit of going to the gym and started packing on the weight.
In February of this year I started a new nutrition program and started walking on my lunch hour. I have been losing weight but I kept looking in the mirror and seeing those saggy legs. Something had to change.
Working out with Catherine for two days a week in her TT classes and then doing one TT workout on the weekend, I have seen better results then I ever have even when I was going to the gym 5 days a week. I have never seen even a hint of a "six pack" until TT. Wow!
I am so glad I found this program. To lose 3 inches off my waist in 3 months and a total of 13 1/2 inches is incredible. I never thought that I would achieve those results working out 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes, especially since I caught a nasty head and chest cold that lasted for most of June and had me dialing down the workout.
