When contemplating starting this 84 day challenge, my main focus was to drop body fat, while gaining muscle. My battles with weight started in high school, and although I was active in sports, I didn’t exercise or eat properly. I made a change in University and started to eat healthier and exercise regularly. I maintained a healthy weight for the past 7 years, but was still unsatisfied as I felt I never really accomplished what I wanted to do. After joining Stretch Fitness in January, I really wanted to succeed 100% this time, and knew it would require lots of effort, commitment and dedication. When this challenge was about to start in April, I struggled with the ability to maintain healthy eating habits, and the commitment to the TT program.

I am happy to say that this is by far the best workout program I have ever tried. The support and variety of workouts keep the TT program exciting and fast paced. Because Stretch Fitness is open 24 hours, I had no excuses and had the ability to go on my schedule, anytime during the day. This was instrumental to the success of being able to complete this challenge. I was able to go from a size 36 waist, to a size 32 waist, and went from a starting weight of 180.2 lbs to 171.2 lbs.

I plan on continuing the TT programs because I know it works, and are highly effective. I look forward to maintaining a healthy lifestyle that I can share with my family, now and in the future. Thanks Craig for developing such an effective training mechanism and for continuously offering updates and support to continue on, especially on those days when you just needed someone to tell you to keep pushing on.
